What is the "Pipe size"?

Postby terrybritton » Sun Oct 26, 2014 9:15 am

Vincent,

In the latency manual on page 5, it says, "Note: for VB-CABLE, you can decrease the Internal SR to increase effective pipe size. "

http://vb-audio.pagesperso-orange.fr/Ca ... ttings.pdf

What is the pipe size, and when would I want to change this setting? (For instance, I'm running all my devices at 48000 at the moment...)

Thank you!

Terry

"Pipe size" is an image to represent the internal latency.
