VMB No longer sends sound to my speakers

So after the April W10 update I've had some problems get VMB to work correctly with my speakers. I've done an uninstall and full reinstall of both VMB and Cable-VB with no luck.

My headset is set as A1, and my speakers are set to A2. Audio makes it to my headphones when I enable audio output to A1, but nothing comes out of my speakers when set to A2. I've even reloaded the exact same preferences I had set prior to the Windows update with no luck.
