VoiceMeeter Banana WDM Output Status OFF with Razer Kraken 7.1

Hi guys.
I looked all over the internet and I did not find anything to say about this problem and I would like some help here in the official forum.
It has a Razer kraken 7.1 win 10 and I am using the voice neeter banana , program fantastic, the problem that the quality does is not the same when I use the voicemeeter with MME , I can not use it, it appears as off , the practically 7.1 then works directly using the phone without using voicemeeter. Is there any solution for me to be able to use voicemeeter with the same quality 7.1 audio using this phone ? WDM OUT don’t work . He stay OFF .

maybe Voicemeeter tries to access it in exclusive mode but the device doesn't work... or because used by another process/app or because does not support wasapi exclusive mode ... next Voicemeeter update will maybe manage this problem better... for the moment , you may use MME interface instead of WDM.
