Statistics on Hi-Fi Cable - How can I find these?

In the latency manual on page 5, it shows a chart under the heading, "Statistics on Hi-Fi Cable"

How can I find these statistics? I do not seem to have a control panel similar to the VBCable and Voicemeeter cable control panels.
