Voicemeeter Output Issue

I am trying to get my Voicemeeter to output to NDI. I am having a problem with getting the program to send to Voicemeeter Aux output.

Here is what I have set via instructions. As you can see I have A1, A2 & A3 to go out AUX. Default audio set to VB-Audio VoiceMeeter VAIO.

Here is the output to NDI. Although you can see output in the preceding picture, NDI is still showing silent.

I had it working at one time, but I had to reformat my Windows SSD and reinstall. Still trying to figure out what I am doing wrong.

And another question, I have A1, A2, A3, going to B1 & B2 but no output to B2, only B1. I was seeing output to B2 prior to the re-OS.
