I've had this problem across 3 different computers, so it might be something that I am doing, I'm just not sure what.
Restarting the audio engine will fix it (sometimes for the rest of the day, sometimes for only a few seconds)

All audio on A1 comes through fine, however the audio going out to A2/A3 is what is choppy.
If there's anything else I can provide please let me know, any help with the matter is very much appreciated.

you may change the audio device interface selected as output A2 / A3... could you post a screenshot of the Voicemeeter System Settings Dialog box ?

Here's the System Settings dialog, I'll see what I can do about trying different A2/A3
