Audio Issues While Streaming

So I have a dual streaming setup for streaming and I use Voicemeeter Potato 3.0.0.4 to make the audio go from one PC to the other and make the program be able to capture the elgato audio with no problem. I had this same setup for a long time and now starting to have issues.

If you have a solution please share . This is preventing me from streaming at the moment.

it sounds like a feedback loop on your game sound or discontinued stream on your game sound.
so to help you, you may describve the audio path for your game sound:
from the game to the recording or the monitoring point where you can hear the problem.

(REM your IP might not be hidden if you want me to check something o your VABN configuration).
the Voicemeeter System Settings Dialog Box screenshot can also help...

The weird part is only my stream hears it. I never hear it at all.

i need to know what is the signal path.
audio source is coming in on what voicemeeter , what input ?
your stream get audio from what voicemeeter , what output ?

I don't understand the question.

My guess to the answer of the question is the input audio is The Gaming PC from the elgato which is also from the consoles when they are in use, Voicemeeter VAIO. The Streaming PC is also putting out audio from its Voicemeeter VAIO input. VIrtual Cable which is the music and Cable-A which I'm using for communication programs.

The stream is getting audio from voicemeeter VAIO on the gaming PC. From the gaming PC it's getting the Elgato Audio.
The audio the gaming PC is getting from the stream is the main audio (voicemeeter VAIO on stream pc), music (virtual cable), and discord audio (virtual cable - A)

The software is getting audio starting from the top.

- Virtual Cable - A
- Virtual Cable
- Elgato Capture Audio
