Mic stops working when SLOBS is running

Hi I have some major issues with Voicemeeter Banana. Hopefully you can help me out.
Everytime I start Streamlabs OBS the microphone stops working immediately.

IN1 = Rode NT-USB
IN2 = Headset Mic (not in use)
IN3 = Cable A Output (Spotify goes to this)
V.IN = Default device
V.AUX = Default Communication device

A1 = Speakers (Realtek)
A2 = Headset (Asus Xonar U7)
A3 = Cable Input

In Streamlabs I have made audio sources manually for everything except desktop audio, which is set in Audio Options to Voicemeeter Output

Microphone is set to a manual audio input capture = Voicemeeter AUX Output.
Music is set to a manual audio output capture = Cable A Input
VOIP is set to a manual audio output capture = Cable Input

Really don't know what to do, I have reinstalled cables and Voicemeeter on several occasions but something is clearly not working with my setup.
Please help!!



Ps. All voicemeeter and cables have exclusivity checked Ds.

did you check the default audio format of the different devices ?
did you check communication option in windows sound dialog box (must be set to DO NOTHING).

Audio format, is that for example 24 bit / 48 KHz? I have set all to 48kHz and 16 or 24 bit
The only thing might be that Communication thing, has to be set on all devices I suppose.

no the communications options is global options
