I have 3 usb asio interfaces Do voice meter will let me agregate them to be able to see as one big device in fl studio

Voicemeeter Banana can manage 3 physical devices.
then it is possible to connect FL Studio to Voicemeeter virtual ASIO driver
(or virtual ASIO insert)... pending on wat you want to do.
