Just installed the latest Windows 10 1903 feature update and for some reason my VB Audio cable is now now working. Checked sound settings and properties states 'This device is working correctly' but no sound. Anyone had the same problem with this Windows update - really annoying each time they have an update it hits VB Cable.

you may re-install it ... don't forget to REBOOT after each step:

i just uninstalled everything and is now reinstalling on 2 PCs -.- so yes... thx M$
