Hello,
Has anyone succeeded to use Soundjack.eu with Voicemeeter and a third party app?
The routing I am trying to achieve is this one:
Send the sound from Cycling '74's Max (accepts any ASIO, MME or WDM driver) -> Voicemeeter Banana -> loudspeakers + Soundkjack.
Receive the sound from Soundjack -> Voicemeeter banana -> loudspeakers.
I can't achieve anything with Voicemeeter. I have also tried to combine it with ASIO4All or ASIOLink in different setups but nothing works.
Any suggestion?

You have written what you want to achieve.
But you have not written what you actually have done to achieve it.
Without this information (your settings in detail!) it is impossible to help you.
So, do you have used Voicemeeter before without Soundjack?amundsen wrote:I can't achieve anything with Voicemeeter.
Or are you an absolute Voicemeeter newbie?

you may first get inspiration from the user manual case study #1 (replacing Skype by SoundJack).

Re: Voicemeeter + Soundjack.eu: can't achieve anything
The issue with SoundJack is the requirement of an ASIO driver. I couldn't get any combination of VoiceMeeter ASIO drivers (VoiceMeeter's regular Virtual ASIO, Aux, Insert) to function for me so far.
Here's a screen caption of SoundJack's website.
The red background on the VU-meter indicates that the connexion cannot be established.
However, if I select ASIO4All as driver, the VU-meter's background becomes grey, indicating a connection.
Therefore I have tried to use VB-Audio Virtual Cable in pair with ASIO4All but even if the Virtual Cable panel indicates that it is receiving an audio stream, the needle on SoundJack's meter is not moving.
Is SoundJack a dead end with VB software?

Re: Voicemeeter + Soundjack.eu: can't achieve anything
Can you use Soundjack with ASIO4all, but without any Voicmeeter connection properly?
Have you tried the VB-Audio VoiceMeeter VAIO (or the Aux) instead of a VB Cable with ASIO4all?
I guess (reading the Soundjack online FAQ) it is more a problem based on Soundjack itself and you better ask the developers of Soundjack to solve it.

Re: Voicemeeter + Soundjack.eu: can't achieve anything
Hello,
Yes I have indeed tried both the VAIO and the Aux with Soundjack and nothing functions. I have come to the conclusion that the issue is with Soundjack. I haven't contacted its developers about this yet but I'm going to do it soon. I'll let you know if the situation evolves.

Soundjack's developer is keen to help. I have already sent to him an explanation of what I want to achieve, with some screen captions of all programs involved.
