Playing Audio From a Video like YouTube

I have been trying to get audio that plays from a video from a source such as YouTube into my Live Stream when doing FaceBook live videos. I have gone through multiple video tutorials and not one thing has worked for me. I have been just setting my microphone in front of my desktop speakers but that sounds horrible and my mic picks up all the other noises also.

Has anyone had any luck making this work? I could really use some help,

Please, give detailed information about your problem!
What is your configuration?

Without any information about your hardware (one desktop PC or two or a laptop, etc.?), where you have intalled and use what Voicemeeter version (standard, Banana or Potato) and your audio input/output settings plus addional used software it is really difficult to help you.

Even if you call a doctor, the Police or the firefighters they also need some basic information to be able to help someone.
