VB Cable is crashing Win10

I keep getting bluescreened with the QR code, I initially thought this was the 2004 update, then I installed Cables A&B on my other laptop which is still on version 1906.

Here's the error info as written

Stop Code: DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
What failed: vbaudio vmvaio64 win10.sys

Why is this happening now? I've never had an issue with VM like this before. It's crashing my laptop even when I'm not using VM or the cables, and I've lost progress on mixes because of this.
