Youtube in chrome play audio only on first video

Hi everybody.
Sorry for my English.
I searched the forum for my problem with no success.
If it has already been covered I ask you to link me to the right post.
With Chrome, Youtube audio (and possibly other sources as well) plays through Voicemeeter for the first video only.
Subsequent videos no longer seem to send audio to Voicemeeter.
Windows 10 and Chrome are always up to date.
With Edge and Firefox everything works fine.
Any suggestions?

Most likely your Windows settings are not set for the same device as you have it set in Voicemeeter. Pretty hard to tell since there are no screenshots of either here.

I don't understand your answer.
In my PC everything in Windows is played via Voicemeeter except Chrome audio. This appears to be a Chrome problem. At the start of each session, Chrome plays normally, but even just refreshing the page, it no longer routes the audio to Voicemeeter.
I don't think there is a Chrome or Windows setting to assign Chrome's audio to a specific device.
Only some programs that handle audio or video (such as Vegas, Cubase, VLC, Skype...) handle audio routing.
What are you referring to?

Please post screenshots of your Windows audio routing config as well as Voicemeeter while playing audio in Chrome. Otherwise we cannot really help you. Your infos are very confusing and at least I don't understand your setup:
