Which AISO should I be picking with Voicemeeter Potato?

I have Voicemeeter Potato to play music for my friends via Alexa. Should I be picking the obvious VIAO option (the 'Voicemeeter Potato' one) to allow me to keep using Alexa for this purpose?

all migth work without disturbing your current audio paths in Voicemeeter.
if you select the INSERT virtual audio driver, then the playback path will depend on the PATCH INSERT (in voicemeeter system settings dialog box).
