How To Send Audio To Mobile Devices

I'm trying to use the Android app, and I cannot pick an IP on VBAN Receptor. It seems to be stuck on IP 192.168.1.14 which is no longer a device on my network. I know exactly which device the audio should be coming from, but it seems as if I'm not allowed to manually select or change the IP at to actually listen from the right device.

first: you must see the RCV LED in green on your VBAN-Receptor Lite.
secondly: click on CONNECT button.

the stream sent to VBAN receptor lite must be called "Stream1" and be 44100 Hz max, Stereo max, 16 bits max.
