Importing Computer Footprint not working

Hey there,

I had to clean install my Windows 10 installation, backed up everything as usual (VM settings, MIDI maps). It once happened to me that I forgot to export my Computer Footprint, but was able to fix it by using a regen of my challenge code in the webshop account.

Sadly I'm not able to import my Computer Footprint. Getting error message:

Import Error
Unexpected File Size

What can I do to fix this? Do I really have to buy another license for Potato now?

Maybe you are not importing the right file. the activationLog for example is not a footprint.
