Dual PC Stream, Pushing VR Mic To Stream Computer?

Hey guys!
I don't know what I screwed up but it worked before and then I messed with something and now it doesn't work.

Have a 2 computer stream. I want to capture my Valve Index mic on gaming system and push it to streaming system all the way to OBS Studio to have its own audio filtering and stuff.

I have been trying to solve this but I keep getting stumped.

Any help would be great!

and explain what is not going on correctly.
