Hardware OUT A1 failure to close continuously
Hardware OUT A1 failure to close continuously
Hello, I have a problem and it is that after having formatted my computer I cannot get Voicemeeter to remain stable, since it continually closes me - the Hardwarwe OUT A1 stops working. It is fixed by resetting the audio engine, but in a while, first before creating this post I have searched the forum during the weekend, without finding anything to fix my problem, I have tried to uninstall Voicemeeter, to uninstall the audio interface is a Behringer UMC 404HD and I am using the ASIO driver. I am attaching some screenshots in case I have something wrong configured, or I have missed some configuration details, thank you very much.

Re: Hardware OUT A1 failure to close continuously
you may set ASIO SR parameter to Default, because apparently your ASIO device is running in 48 kHz (not in 192 kHz).
Generally speaking it makes no sens to set the preferred sample rate to 192kHz if no device is really capable to manage such samplerate (very heavy for CPU). you may consider using 1024 sample buffer at this sample rate.
if the problem remains, you may use our ASIO TEST to see what's happening with your ASIO Driver

Re: Hardware OUT A1 failure to close continuously
Thank you very much for everything Vincent Burel, a great honor that whoever created all VB-Audio himself is giving you support.
I answer myself with the solution since the most common is a human error.
When I bought my Behringer UMC 404HD Audio Interface I already had the same problem that the Behringer support gave me the solution and that is that these interfaces can give failures if they are connected to a USB 3.0 port I already knew this, but when I formatted the PC it Remove from where I have it I cleaned it well and when I placed it I thought, the Audio Interface in USB 2.0 port but being a slightly inaccessible place I got confused of port and I connected it in port 3.0.
Are Behringer Audio interfaces known to have 3.0 port issues or is it just on some PCs, I have an I7 6800 with MSI X99 board?
Another question as VoiceMeeter is a main program for me, since VB-Audio is there any collaboration with a manufacturer of Audio Interfaces, or is a brand that works better with VB-Audio recommended?
Thank you very much again it is wonderful to have such support, greetings from a great fan of the VB-Audio brand
