Audio goes CRACKILY every 4 weeks

SO last night I go to sleep, go to work in the morning get home and all my sounds are scratchy, crackly and it does this every 4-6 weeks little more like 8 but every few months i have to redo everything i did the last time to fix it and now its not fixing. any reason why or how to fix this

ill just come back in a week and see if anyone has a thought to fix this

if you don't fix your problem with it, you may go on Discord to ask to a helper to find a better working configuration.

if you get problem only every 4 weeks, it's maybe because another periodic process (update, download, online task...) disturbing your audio threading... when it happens, you may watch your CPU load and check if there is no app taking too much CPU for example.
