sorry if this topic is OT, but there are no sections for suggestions, etc.

I cannot find any support chat to ask quick questions, there is just the forum. I was thinking that a support chat on Matrix / IRC could be helpful.

What do you think? Could it be useful?

I'm asking this because sometimes people have small questions (like mine viewtopic.php?t=1818&sid=2108bca2f6ad3b ... cfd1479436) and a public chat could be more appropriate for helping people in a fast way.
