Why two version of VB-Matrix installed?

When I did a standard install of VB-Matrix I got two versions installed:
One is called 'VBAudioMatrix' and the other is called 'VBAudioMatrix 64'

However in my Windows app list it shows only one listing 'VB-Audio Matrix, Audio Router'

Which one should I be using or are they actually running the same programme?

there is 32bit version and 64bits version, according your operating system.
VB-Audio Matrix can run on Win7 32bits for example.

Okay thanks. I have a 64-bit PC so I will run that version.
