Switching between microphone and VB audio cable input

I started trying out ASIO bridge a few weeks ago. I wished to use it with Diretta audio which has ASIO drivers. I had almost given up but after being incompatible for several versions these Diretta drivers are now working again for Windows audio and I was on the point of buying a licence but I had to use MS Teams for a VC and was unable to use my microphone because of the ASIO bridge installation. The options for use of the laptop microhpone are inactivated in Windows settings. I would like to know whether there is a method of using the laptop microphone for VC software without needing to uninstall ASIO bridge and reboot please.
