I have an EV-RE20 plugged into my Rodecaster Pro 2 and I have the Microphone from the RC2 selected for my Stereo Input 1 in VM-P. But randomly VM-P will just go red and then I need to reselect the mic and restart the audio engine to get it working again. I am on the most recent VM-P version and the most recent Procaster firmware.
If anyone has any ideas on how to solve this please let me know, if you need specific information to better diagnose the problem also feel free to let me know and Ill put it asap.

you may post a screenshot of your Voicemeeter and a screenshot of its system settings dialog box.

So sorry for the delay. I had turned off Exclusiveness and the problem was gone but tonight when I want playing fortnite with started happening again.

This issue has been solved. It was the USB cable I was using. I had swapped out the OEM USB C - C cable for an amazon one that was longer and USB C-A and even tho the advertised power delivery was 240W the Data delivery was only 480Mbps, the OEM one is a 5Gbps and that was the issue. So I ordered a PCIe card for usb c ports and now it works great.
