Hi. Apparently FiiO K3 USB DAC can behave this way in Windows 10 since other users report similar issues. See for example this post: http://fiio.me/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=43895
Maybe you could try connectiong it to a different USB port or since FiiO K3 supports dual USB mode, changing from USB Audio Class 1.0 to USB Audio Class 2.0 or vice versa.

- I wonder if it's possible to delay the k3 initialing. It seems like if voicemeeter is ready 1st it would work since i need to reset the k3?
