you may check that zoom is getting sound from Voicemeeter output B2 (your default recording device according your screenshot).
Always according your screenshot, your default playback device is Voicemeeter Virtual input so all PC sound should come in first Virtual Input (but i see no audio in VU-meter)...
you may check what application is producing music and is it playing back in Voicemeeter virtual input ?

Re: Zoom receives lyrics but not the music
Yes, Zoom is getting sound through Voicemeeter Out B2, from my microphones and from YouTube with a person speaking. But it is still not getting 'music' from YouTube when a song is playing, it only receives the lyrics being sung in the song. The same happens when I play a song from VLC Media Player or from Windows Media Player.
My external microphones (Wave Link / Yeti Blue) are sending the voice signals through Voicemeeter 'B2' to Zoom. At this moment, the mics sound only comes through in Zoom with the 'Zoom Microphone' setting on Voicemeeter Out B2. If I change the Zoom Microphone setting, the mics are not heard.
**What do you mean by 'Voicemeeter Virtual input'? Do you mean 'Cable Input (VB-Audio Virtual Cable)'?
Vincent, I am confused by all of the settings; Windows master settings, apps, and Windows Playback/Recording. Zoom Microphone and Speaker settings. Virtual Cable or virtual input. I do not know how to set everything correctly.
Could you please tell me what each of my settings (below) should be? That would be very helpful and may resolve the issue I'm having:
--------------------
1.) 'Windows' App volume and device preferences
'Master Settings'
**Output device -
**Input device -
--------------------
2.) Apps:
a. System Sounds
**Output -
**Input -
b. Google Chrome
**Output -
**Input -
c. VLC Player (media player)
**Output -
**Input -
d. Streamlabs
**Output -
**Input -
e. Voicemeeter Potato
**Output -
**Input -
f. Zoom Meeting (app)
**Output -
**Input -
--------------------
3.) 'Windows' sound control
**Playback -
**Recording -
--------------------
4.) Zoom
**Microphone -
**Speaker -
--------------------
I believe this gives you everything I have, let me know if I've missed anything.
Please tell me how to set it all correctly so everything will work. Very much appreciated, thank you!!
