Not yet. Remember, we are only at the point of trying to find out the root cause of the problem. Given the myriad possibilities, it's entirely plausible, nay probable, that you have two different problems with the same symptom. Now, let's say for example that you both turn out to use the same antivirus, and that the problem goes away when you disable/uninstall it.... then it's looking more interesting.

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a whole lot to go on. I've now also made a list of everything I have installed on the computer. Maybe you could have a look and pick out any matches, in case there is software interfering somewhere?
