Virtual Audio Cable on Raspberry Pi4 and Windows 10 arm

Hello everybody !!!
I try to do a "strange thing" : installing VB-Cable on a Windows 10 arm (installed on a raspberry Pi4)...
Windows is working ok (slow but ok)
VB-Cable won't install.
it says :
"LOADDRV: Win 32 execute 64
Be sure to run this program in Administrator mode."

I did installation in administrator.
the problem seams to be the 32/64 emulator...

Do you plan to develop an arm version of the VB-Cable ?

My project is for an associative radio (we don't earn money whit it) http://www.sing-sing-bis.org
I actually play and stream the audio with a PC, I would like to do it with a raspberry (It doesn't take much resources).

the VB-CABLE is not compiled for arm... this is not planned for the moment.
