echoing after uninstalling voicemeeter

After uninstalling voicemeeter I still have my mic picking up my voice and surroundings and I don't know how to fix this can somebody help?

Do you mean your microphone is playing into your speakers?

Well when I talk i could hear myself with headphones and laptop speakers

It's a Windows setting, turn off "Listen to this device" in the cound control panel
