Sound Blaster Z ASIO Driver Suddenly Stopped Working

Hey,
Having a problem with Voicemeeter and Creative's Sound Blaster ASIO driver. It appears in the list to select, but it flashes red when selecting it. Has worked fine before and now just randomly stopped working.
Have tried uninstalling both Voicemeeter and Sound Blaster software/drivers and same thing. I can install ASIO4ALL and select that and it works fine.
Am at a loss.
Thanks

Could you post your Voicemeeter System SEttings dialog box when having selected Creative ASIO driver?

Attached a couple of screenshots.
FYI, I tried setting the buffer sizes to different values - went through all the ASIO buffer sizes and nothing worked.
Thanks

The timestamp on these images says they are but 30 seconds apart, but the images show different configurations.
Image 1:
No input (but input buffer size, bitrate and sample rate and shared mode are set... that's strange)
Only 1 output (ASIO device)
Image 2:
1 Input (virtual cable... Do you need 4 virtual cables?)
2 Outputs (broken ASIO and also a virtual device... Do you need 4 virtual cables here also?)
Is this what you actually see, or are the images taken at different times with different configurations?

you may change the ASIO SR paremeter to default (to use ASIO driver SR instead).
maybe the ASIO driver cannot support the requested 48kHz sample rate, and then fails to start..

Hi
Them images were taken 30 seconds apart and that is what happens when I set A1 to the Creative ASIO.
Because I have had problems with Creative ASIO, I have just been using the WDM version for A1 in the mean time. Attached are screenshots of what they look like in that mode.
So when I select the ASIO driver...in the settings dialogue, it seems to remove all the HW Inputs from the list...So CABLE-A disappears..but it still shows on the Voicemeeter main control window on HW Input 1.
Tried the ASIO SR - no effect. Very strange.
