Where can I find additional information on what the different filters are - 7 boxes to the right of the rotaries for each band?

- PEAK
- NOTCH
- BP (Band Pass)
- LPF (Low pass filter)
- HPF (High pass filter)
- Low Shelf
- High Shelf

Thanks for the reply... For the LPF/HPF is there a way of varying the slope?

I don't use the VM EQs but, I am familiar with how they work on a hardware mixing console. Normally, this would be the 'Q' of the filter. I notice that has no effect other than for the peak and notch filters for VM.

So if I'm interpreting the graph correctly, it's a 12db/oct filter (for either lpf or hpf) ?

yes, 12dB / octave... so you can combine several filter to get 24, 36... and up to 72 dB / octave LPF or HPF filter.
