VBAN Receptor Not Working

The VBAN Receptor app shows green for RCV but doesn't output any audio or show anything in the visualizer. This is a new issue with no change in configuration.

ok, but which version, for what plateform ?
did you make a ping test to check IP-Address are ok ?

The sender's IP address had changed, so that needed changed in the receptor as well. I don't know why it registered incoming data in the RCV indicator when it wasn't actually connected to a stream.
