Separate stereo inputs from USB interface into mono channels

My USB Interface sends my mic channels as stereo pairs. So my Hardware Input 2 is WDM Line 3/4 (M-Audio Air 192 14) That's fine except Line 3 is my kick drum and Line 4 is my voiceover mic and obviously I need separate volumes and EQ! How can I split the inputs into 2 mono channels? I have seen a solution on the forum which uses ASIO but unfortunately I can't use the ASIO driver with Voicemeeter as it is 64bit. I am very interested in this solution since I do not know how I can separate the channels of my USB audio interface.
