VB Cable won't work, but HiFi cable does

VB Cable won't work, but HiFi cable does
I have a problem: HiFi cable works fine, but VB Cable doesn't work at all - the monitor seems to suggest that it is working, but RTX voice sees nothing - please see attached screen shots. Are you able to help please.
Here the HiFi works But here the VB Cable does not. Apologies seems one picture is duplicated. Please see image further below.

Solved! Uninstall Ed RTX Voice, rebooted, installed again, rebooted. Uninstall VB Cable, rebooted, reinstalled, rebooted. Working!

ok, it was again a problem of bad audio driver installation or re-installation.
