Using VM Potato with MIDI Remotecontroller App

Hi there.

I'm using Voicemeeter Potato and I installed rtpMIDI 1.1.14 by Tobias Erichsen and on my Android Tablet I'm using the app "TouchDAW".

It all works fine until I restart my computer. At every first start of the app I have to touch every single Fader for one time, before they start working via MIDI feedback. If I move the faders in Voicemeeter itself, the app doesn't react before I did this.

Is there some button in Voicemeeter where I can force sending MIDI feedback?
Is this some app problem or is it Voicemeeter?

you have a button 3Refresh Controller" in the MIDI mapping Dialog Box.
But normally Voicemeeter should send MIDI feedback on startup...
