Can not get any sound out to discord or teamspeak

Iam new here and like the features a lot.
So i like to use a soundboard like "resanance" with discord.
i configured a headset to A1 hardware output.
All PC-Sound, and if activated, my own mic is headed nice to me. but i can not get any sound out to the world.
and the discord is ignoring the outputdevice "aux" and is using pc-sound (vaio).

And i can choose what ever i want on the right side, the sound is always shown on the vaio-deivce.
what is going wrong here?
same at teamspeak.

i re-installed VB-Cable-A and B, change the Microphone to default and switch it back to cable-A. So it works now, but not via Voice-Meeter, but with VB-Cable. With Voicemeeter the sound-quality from my micro in discord if very poor for the other people.
