VM Hardware Output VM Server 2019

I don't have a standard configuration.
I have a Server 2019 running as a Hyper VM and a Win 10 PC, which I use to connect to the server.
On both computers I have running Voicemeeter. They are connected with 2 VBANs. On the PC I send the microphon to the server and get the output of the internet radio back to the PC.
In the beginning I had problems, because I used Remotedesktop for the connection to the server. That created driver problems, which went away after I didn't used RDP anymore.
But I had used the Remotedesktop audio interface as the hardware output of Voicemeeter. These interface was not longer available and so it was blinking in red and Voicemeeter was not longer functional.
So my conclution was, that Voicemeter needs a hardware output to work!
So I installed a virtual sound card, which has no other function than providing a output interface to Voicemeeter. After that, Voicemeeter was working again.
Is there any other possibility to get Voicemeeter working, without to install a useless interface?
In my use case, the output is the Voicemeeter on the PC!
