How to verify output

I am using VM (Voicemeeter) standard together with a RAS (radio automation software). From the RAS to the VM it works fine. But the RAS tells me, that the VM output is not activated.
On a test system it works fine on my productive system not.
How can I test that the virtual output B is not only show an activity, but is really activ?
VB-Audio Divices Checker shows no problem, but I have the feeling that something is not alright. Because also the ASIO interfaces are not working as expected!
What can I do to find the problem?
