VBAN-Receptor The iphone can't connect to the host, but the ipad is available

Software is the latest version

note the about / registration dialog box is not useful here,
you may post the Voicemeeter system settings dialog box instead.

apparently your PC 192.168.1.238 does not see your iPhone in 192.168.1.121

could you use the command prompt tool to execute: ping 192.168.1.121 ?
(to check that you PC can see your iPhone).
