Using VM Potato here. Is it possible to send audio from a bus to an external VST host for processing prior to sending it to my speakers?
I know every bus has its own 6-band EQ but I want to use external processing instead.
TIA,
Mark

Re: How to send audio from bus to VST host
I don't think it's possible.
I have tried to get something like that going for years, using e.g. virtual cables and ASIO4ALL, but I've not had any luck in getting anything stable enough. I use all eight outputs of Potato; two sets of speakers, several different types of headphones, a phone hybrid and a FM transmitter.
I would very much like virtual ASIO inserts for the buses.
So, I'm just here to put my vote in for VST ability on the outputs, too.
Thanks,
Ragnar

Thank you for the reply, Ragnar. I second the vote for ASIO inserts for the buses!
