I have to install VBCABLE on Windows 7 and I get this error in the attachment below.

I've already tried deleting it from the device manager and nothing too

What can I do to resolve this problem?

you must UNZIP all file in a temporary folder first (e.g. C:\temp\VBCable") .
then run the setup program (in administrator mode) from this folder (e.g. C:\temp\VBCable").
