Feed two headsets with the same audio?

Use Case: I have 2 USB headsets and I want the windows default audio to feed both headsets. Will VB-Audio help me do this?

If not, what would it take?

yes, you can do that with Voicemeeter or Banana version (that are virtual audio mixer)
