VoiceMeeter / VoiceMeeter Banana Not Getting Input

Hi everyone,

So I have been using VoiceMeeter on my old PC to stream for a while now and love it. Recently built a new 8700k with a Gigabyte gaming 7 motherboard, and as I was setting it up to stream, I went to set up VoiceMeeter. After installing it and VBCable, I could NOT for the life of me get it to receive ANY input at all, from any of my mics. I tried installing Banana to see if it would work, and it worked for all of about 5 minutes and after a restart, I believe, was not getting input AGAIN. I mainly use a Blue Yeti USB mic, but neither of the programs get input from ANY of my mics. I have verified that the mics work with other programs, and also can see the input bar moving on Windows Audio. I have checked the privacy settings, and there is nothing wrong there. I have tried reinstalling, restarting, etc, yet nothing seems to work. I would really love to get this working again, as I do not feel like my stream is "complete" until I can get it set up again. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Okay so I seem to think it is working now...hopefully. Seemed to of possibly been a conflict with my drivers. After uninstalling and reinstalling my Realtek drivers, it appears to be working now hopefully it wont cut out on me again...lol.

Okay, so I am running into the issue again. Seems that after I restarted my comp, all input stopped being detected. Only fix I can find is uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek audio drivers. Anyone have any ideas for a fix?

Maybe start with the basics just to check everything? Post screenshots here of the following:
VM or VMB launch screen
VM system settings/option screen
Don't know that it should really matter, but have you tried a complete uninstall/reinstall of VM and grab the latest release?
Show us the default recording and playback screens for windows as well?

Maybe we will see something?

check windows options related to audio device (muted, disabled, volume, auto enable on connect) and the new option coming with WIN10 April Update in Privacy Settings for Microphone (and camera)...

I have checked the windows options, and none of them are muted/disabled/volume turned down. I can use them on other programs (like discord) but at the same time VoiceMeeter is not getting any input. I have also checked the privacy settings and made sure all options are on. It is not just a problem with one of my mics. It does not get input from ANY of the three I have (Blue Yeti, mic on my Logitech G933 headset, and mic on my C930e webcam). All mics also show that they are working in windows audio via the green slider bar. Any other ideas? Thanks.

really not usual... did you check your "communications" option ?
