Different Volume levels for different outputs from same Input source

I have a question with the following setup:
- Using VoiceMeeter Banana
- Hardware Input 1 is bringing in audio from a microphone
- Virtual Input VAIO is bringing in audio from an Internet site
- Virtual Input AUX is bringing in audio from a media player
- A1 is the main PC speakers
- A2 is the headphone speakers
- B1 is sending audio to the Internet site (the same site that VAIO is playing audio from)
- Need to send audio from AUX to both A2 and B1
- Need to send audio from Hardware In 1 to B1
- Need to send audio from VAIO to A2
The volume level going from AUX to A2 needs to be lower than from AUX to B1, without lowering the volume from VAIO to A2.
In other words, the volume of the media clips played (AUX) needs to be lower in my headphones (A2) than the volume played out to the Internet site (B1) of the same source (AUX), without lowering the volume coming from that Internet site (VAIO) into the headphones (A2). Or even simpler, the Internet site needs to hear the media clip audio at full volume while I need to hear the media clip audio in my headphones at say 66% volume while still hearing the audio coming from the Internet site in my headphones at full volume. Hope that makes sense.
Is this scenario possible and how do you do it?
Thank you
