Upgraded to Potato, now my insert channels don't work for VST sends?

I have been using voice meter banana for a good while to add custom processing to my surround sound speakers. I saw voicemeter potato was out of beta, and wanted to upgrade in hopes that I could push for a lower latency without adding audio artifacts.

However, since upgrading, I cannot get the insert channels to work. Before, I would just send all stereo channels to inserts 1-5 then use Minihost Modular to process the audio channels back into voicemeter.

As you can see in the picture here, I tried the same routing setup with Potato. While it gets audio directly to output sound device, it cannot reach minihost modular at all. In my Minihost preferences, I see a few different new devices. Previously, I'd just use the "Voicemeter Insert Virtual ASIO" but doing this no longer works with Potato.

I'm sure this is just user error, but I've tried many things now and still can't figure out what the heck is missing. Would appreciate some guidance. Thank you.

select Voicemeter Potato Insert Virtual ASIO instead.
