Faced with trouble as described in viewtopic.php?f=7&t=669&sid=d1cfdf9934e ... b439d4ec18.
It was on Windows 7 SP1 x64 without fresh updates.
The more specific reason of trouble is missing SHA-2 algorithm support on my windows installation.
The shortest solution is to install monthly security update. By now it is https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hel ... -kb4489878.
Maybe it will be useful.

our driver for WIN7 are signed with SHA-1

Looks strange. The fact something has been changed in your drivers. Previous versions of VM could be installed flawlessly.
