Gaps in audio when using VoiceMeeter Banana

Hi folks!
I experience strange problems on my system.
I use fresh install of Windows 7. I don't have any equipment, just playing some audio in browser or VLC. When I play it w/o VoiceMeeter it sounds smoothly, but once I enable VoiceMeeter the gaps start to appear in the stream. I recored a piece of it using Banana and opened in Audacity and saw gaps every other few seconds:
