W10 1903: uses the device I told it to use and it works, but after rebooting it doesn't!

Hello, I installed Branch 19H1 (version 1903) of Windows 10 and then installed the VoiceMeeter Banana.
Everything works the way I want, I have a track for the game sound, another for Discord and finally my microphone.
And thanks to this version (just like the previous...and maybe the one before that), I've the native option to specify a game/program that uses the input/output device I choose (instead of having to wait for the game to have an option to choose from, like CoD: BO II).
The problem is, the first time it works. But if I close the game and then reopen it, Windows keeps telling me that it is using the device I chose: but in the VoiceMeeter Banana it hasn't any noise, and it doesn't have the effects of the same (like the compressor).
* Obviously, the noise appears on my default device. And if I select another device and then the one I really want: it works again. And I've tested it on CoD: MW 3 and PUBG Lite.
Honestly, I don't know if it's a Windows 10 error (because it's the first time I've used a version where I have an option like that) or VoiceMeeter Banana problem...or both.
I'll leave my configuration just in case.
- [A1] KS: Logitech G430 (A2 and A3 with nothing).
- [Game Sound] WDM: CABLE Output.
* If I used WDM, all sounds go very wrong...like robotics or cuts.

- I haven't touched the other options because both in my previous Windows and in this one, they are the same.
- And then the advanced device options...all without the "exclusive mode" and "16 bit, 48000 Hz (DVD Quality)".
