CPU increase when bluetooth headset is not connected

Post by eusi »

Hello!

I am using VOICE METER Banana 2.0.4.7, because I use a bluetooth headset, an usb headest and speakers. So I am able to listen through all devices at the same time.

However, if my bluetooth headset is not activated at beginning, I sometimes observed a permanently CPU usage of ~20%:

If I remove the selected bluetooth device in A2 (because headset is inactive), then CPU goes fine:

Any idea?

Best regards,

yes, we know the problem, but we can do nothing... some audio device can suddenly generate waiting cycles in the audio stack (not onmy by disconnecting it or switch it off)... we invite you to contact microsoft or your bluetooth manufacturer about this problem...

On your side you may try to use different audio interface maybe (is it the same if you select WDM or MME audio interface ?)
