So what I am trying to do is have music play from my pc into discord. My gf is telling that the music I play sounds choppy is this do to the fact that is being layered mult times from pc > driver > voicemeeter > and then discord???
and or some kind of latency

if the problem is only on the music, you may check your connection through the VB-CABLE B

you may check that VB-CABLE B internal latency is 7168 sample (by its controlpanel app)

and you can try to use another interface to connect it to voicemeter (MME for example)...
